Part of the Carrie Goller collection of detailed birds, this baby Bluebird was first painted on watercolor paper, then affixed to a 1.5” wide profile box panel (edges stained brown) and coated with several layers of encaustic medium. It is ready to hang or set upon a shelf or surface.
This painting is available for purchase at any time here or in person through Carrie Goller Gallery; however it remains on display as part of Carrie Goller’s Creatures Comfort solo exhibition at Bainbridge Island Museum of Art and may be viewed there through September 30, 2018.
