Framing: No glass is necessary as the surface has been protected with a clear cold wax coating. The artwork is mounted to a birch cradle board of 1.5" thickness.
Signature: The artist typically does not sign original pieces at the front of the artwork. However, for artworks pre-mounted on cradle board such as this one, the artist signs it on the front before sealing the painting surface.
